可能和bios及新驱动没有关系，是微软更新引起的。
Try this - in Windows, go to Settings, then Apps, then Installed Apps, and then search for 'OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan Compatibility Pack'. Remove it. Reboot.
I was having an issue with another gaming program (crashes & severe stutters) and this immedaitely solved it.
Edit: Cleaned up the text a bit. Glad this is helping so many people! This absolute disaster of an “update” apparently breaks a lot of games, and it doesn’t seem to matter if you’re playing in handheld mode, docked, or through an eGPU. I’m reporting this broken app to Microsoft. If you have the time, please do the same to get it pulled from distribution.

设置 安装应用 搜索open。出现OpenCL、OpenGL和Vulkan兼容性包，卸载掉。就解决问题了。
